Hi, I'm Galina
I’m a relating and intimacy coach, certified in somatic healing and sexology.
My work didn’t come from theory.
It came from living inside relationships that looked good on the outside,
but didn’t feel fully alive on the inside.
For years, I knew how to understand others, hold space, keep connection at all cost.
But I didn’t know how to stay with myself.
That changed when I began to understand the body.
The nervous system.
The patterns we inherit.
The ways we abandon ourselves to stay connected.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked with hundreds of people, guiding them to build relationships rooted in truth, self-responsibility, and emotional capacity.
After more than 30 years of marriage,
I’ve transformed my own relationship.
I didn’t get here by fixing my partner,
but by changing how I show up.
SAFE TO BE ME is a culmination of this work.
A lived, embodied process that continues to evolve with my continued growth.
I don’t believe in perfect relationships.
I believe in relationships where you can stay:
With yourself.
